Our customer is a global leader in wireless local area
network (WLAN) technology.
The Computing & Connectivity Division (CCD) is
responsible for the development, design and marketing of chipsets for the
wireless market (IEEE802.11/Wi-Fi products). The Wi-Fi chipsets enable mobile
high-speed wireless broadband access in Residential, Enterprise and Public
environments.
Order fulfillment manager
The "department's" core activities are:
- Accept and acknowledge orders in the Oracle system
- Ensure timely shipment of goods to our customers
- Manage customer accounts
- Control / management of our customer products in hubs / warehouses
- Management of Product Returns
- Supervise order scheduling
- Troubleshoot problems in the Order Fulfillment Process

Main duties and responsibilities of the job in concrete
terms:
- Complete Order Management
- Liaison between customers and suppliers
- Consignment Account Supply Management
- Control / Improve Delivery Performance
- Monitor/Reduce Backorder Volume
- Supervisory function, leading 3 people
Additional comments/remarks:
The person to fulfill this position must be a team player, yet be able to
achieve results to deadlines with little supervision. He / she must be able to
handle the pressure of working in a challenging, fast-paced environment where
extra work is often demanded of the position. This is not a 9 to 5 job.
Qualification and experiences:
HBO / Master or Bachelor: HEAO / Business administration / Logistics
Specialized knowledge required:
- Ability to analyze reports and take corrective action is a necessity.
- Good communicator and team player
- Experience with Excel, Word, and Power Point.
- Broad understanding of Logistical Operations is a strong asset.
- Excellent E-mail communication skills are a must.
Languages:
Good communication and English language skills are a necessity.
